Customer：I want it shorter, with bangs.
Stylist：How short would you like it?
Customer：Just above my shoulders, and for the bangs,a little above my
eyebrows.

Stylist：Hi, how are you today?
Customer：Great. I'd like to get
my hair trimmed, and can you also layer it?
Stylist：Sure. Would
you like a shampoo too?
Customer：Yes, please.

Stylist：Do you want a
full perm or a partial perm?
Customer：Just the bottom half.
Stylist：It sounds
like a stack perm is what you want, but let me show you a picture first to make
