Coversation A.

Customer: I’d like to return some items.

Store clerk: Do you have the receipt?

Coversation B.

Customer: I just don’t think the clothes I bought yesterday fit me very well.

Store clerk: I’m sorry. But these items were from our clearance sale. We can’t give you

 cash refunds.

Coversation C.

Customer: Could you help me? I’m looking for some warm sweaters, maybe a jacket.

Store clerk: Not a problem.

Coversation D.

Store clerk: If you apply for a store credit card, you can get an extra 10% off you purchase today.

Customer: I’ll pass. But thank you.
